Apparently nobody was translating this, so I figured I may as well. I'll get to translating volume 2 if people want it.
I have no interest in dealing with all the other work necessary for creating a proper scanlation of a manga, but if you want to use this script in your scanlation, feel free. Credit would be nice, but if that's a dealbreaker, then you needn't.
EDIT (7 Nov 2012): A wonderful typesetter anon on /u/ is typesetting this, and is done through chapter 3 at the moment; keep an eye on the /u/ Madoka thread(s) (or check foolz) for updates.
EDIT (10 Nov 2012): The typesetter anon on /u/ has finished typesetting this volume (cf. foolz). Get it from mediafire.

Thank you for this, you don't mind if I use this to scanlate the manga? Of course I'll be sure to give you the credit for it.

DeleteThank you, and sorry for asking this all of a sudden but I noticed that a line in page 2 (0a) was omitted, the one besides Kyouko's "Phantasma".

Delete(Sorry for not having her shout the name of her attack...)
Presumably referring to how Kyouko doesn't actually say "Rosso Phantasma" in the main part of the manga.
